Participating Organizations
|
The participating organizations in the Consumer Coalition have chosen
to be either members, endorsers, or collaborators based on their own rules
of joining coalitions. All organizations and individuals have been welcome
at meetings and encouraged to contribute to the discussions regardless
of their membership in the Coalition. An affiliation description is under
each main heading.
Coalition Members:
Consumer based organizations that have joined together in support of the
Coalition's principles and have agreed to work toward a health care system
to better serve consumers.
Endorsing Organizations:
Consumer, union, health care worker, and independent quality evaluation
organizations that concur with the principles and goals of the Consumer
Coalition and support its work.
Collaborating Organizations:
Consumer, union, and health care worker organizations who work in cooperation
and consultation with the Coalition. These groups provide assistance to
the Coalition and often work in concert with our activities.
